- Develop and implement a comprehensive vulnerability management program for Sutter Health.
- Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities in Sutter Health's systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective remediation strategies for identified vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and reports to identify potential security threats.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and industry best practices to continuously enhance the vulnerability management program.
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the successful execution of the vulnerability management program.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to provide updates on the status of vulnerabilities and the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to stay informed about emerging threats and potential vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to vulnerability management.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of the vulnerability management program and any identified risks.
- Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and risk management.
- Develop and maintain documentation of vulnerability management processes, procedures, and standards.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the vulnerability management program.
- Participate in incident response and investigations related to potential cybersecurity incidents.
- Collaborate with other cybersecurity teams to develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Vulnerability Management, Including Experience With Vulnerability Scanning Tools And Techniques.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Vulnerability Management, Such As Cve, Cvss, And Common Vulnerability Management Framework (Cvrf).
Previous Experience In A Managerial Or Leadership Role, With Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
