- Perform mammography screenings and diagnostic imaging procedures on patients
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures
- Operate and maintain mammography equipment, including quality control and troubleshooting

Certification In Radiography: A Mammography Technologist At Sutter Health Must Hold A Current Certification In Radiography From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).
Experience In Mammography: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Mammography Technologist, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Breast Anatomy And Pathology: A Strong Understanding Of Breast Anatomy And Pathology Is Essential For A Mammography Technologist To Accurately Interpret Images And Assist In The Diagnosis Of Breast Diseases.
