- Provide compassionate and quality healthcare services to patients in their homes.
- Assess patient's health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor and record patient's vital signs and medical history.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient care.
- Work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.
- Maintain a valid LVN license and fulfill all necessary continuing education requirements.

Active Lvn License: The Candidate Must Possess An Active And Unrestricted License As A Licensed Vocational Nurse (Lvn) In The State Of California.
Minimum Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As An Lvn In A Home Health Setting, Preferably With Patients Of All Ages.
Cpr Certification: The Candidate Must Have Current Cpr Certification From An Accredited Organization.
Knowledge Of Home Health Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulations And Guidelines Related To Home Health Care, Including Medicare And Medicaid Policies.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Home Health Setting.
