  1. Provide compassionate and quality healthcare services to patients in their homes.
  2. Assess patient's health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  3. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by a physician.
  4. Monitor and record patient's vital signs and medical history.
  5. Educate patients and their families on their conditions and self-care techniques.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  9. Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
  10. Follow infection control and safety protocols.
  11. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure timely and efficient care.
  12. Work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
  13. Attend and participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.
  14. Maintain a valid LVN license and fulfill all necessary continuing education requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Lvn License: The Candidate Must Possess An Active And Unrestricted License As A Licensed Vocational Nurse (Lvn) In The State Of California.

  • Minimum Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As An Lvn In A Home Health Setting, Preferably With Patients Of All Ages.

  • Cpr Certification: The Candidate Must Have Current Cpr Certification From An Accredited Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Home Health Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulations And Guidelines Related To Home Health Care, Including Medicare And Medicaid Policies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Home Health Setting.
