  1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the Family Medicine Residency Program.
  2. Administer IV medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  3. Collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse group of healthcare providers and support staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
  4. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  5. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of nursing.
  6. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  7. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and prioritize patient needs and provide appropriate interventions.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
  9. Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude towards patients, colleagues, and the organization.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  11. Act as a role model for nursing excellence, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  12. Contribute to the success of the Family Medicine Residency Program by actively participating in team meetings and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  13. Adhere to all policies and procedures of Sutter Health and the Family Medicine Residency Program.
  14. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Lvn Licensure: The Candidate Must Hold A Current And Valid Lvn License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing, In Addition To Being Iv Certified.

  • Previous Experience In Family Medicine: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Family Medicine Setting, Including Experience With Administering Iv Medications And Treatments.

  • Iv Certification: The Candidate Must Have A Current And Valid Iv Certification, Demonstrating Knowledge And Proficiency In Administering Iv Medications And Treatments.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Integral Part Of The Family Medicine Team, The Lvn Must Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Lvn Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Providing Quality Care To Patients.
