- Assist in the orientation and training of new LVN staff.
- Continuously evaluate and improve nursing processes and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to nursing practice.
- Display a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and other relevant meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare facility.
Current Lvn License: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Licensed Vocational Nurse Ii At Sutter Health Is A Valid And Current Lvn License From The State Of California.
Minimum Education And Experience: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Lvn, Preferably In A Community Clinic Setting, And Must Meet The Education Requirements Set By The State.
Cpr Certification: All Applicants Must Possess A Current Cpr Certification From The American Heart Association Or American Red Cross.
