Valid Lvn License: The Candidate Must Hold A Current And Valid Lvn License From The State In Which They Will Be Practicing. This Ensures That They Have Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Provide Safe And Effective Care To Patients.
Experience In Home Health: Sutter Health Is Looking For Candidates Who Have Experience Working In A Home Health Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Home Health Regulations And Documentation Requirements, As Well As The Ability To Provide Care In A Patient's Home.
Strong Assessment And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Home Health Lvn, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Assessing And Monitoring The Health Status Of Patients In Their Homes. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Assessment And Critical Thinking Skills To Identify Any Changes In A Patient's Condition And Make Appropriate Care Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Home Health Lvns Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Rapport With Patients And Their Families And Provide Compassionate Care.
Ability To Work Independently: Working In Home Health Requires The Candidate To Be Self-Directed And Able To Work Independently. This Includes Being Able To Manage Their Time Effectively, Prioritize Tasks, And Make Sound Decisions In The Absence Of A Supervisor.
