
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Per Diem

- Provide mental health services: As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to our patients. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to address their mental health needs.
- Support patients in difficult situations: You will be responsible for helping patients navigate through difficult situations, such as grief, trauma, or other mental health challenges. This may involve providing counseling, crisis intervention, and connecting them with appropriate resources.
- Maintain patient records: It is important to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any other necessary documentation.

Valid Lcsw License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) License In The State Where The Job Is Located. This License Ensures That The Individual Has Completed The Necessary Education, Training, And Examination Requirements To Practice As A Clinical Social Worker.
Master's Degree In Social Work: A Master's Degree In Social Work (Msw) Is Typically Required For An Lcsw Position. This Degree Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills In Areas Such As Human Behavior, Social Systems, And Research Methods, Which Are Essential For Providing Effective Clinical Services.
Experience In A Clinical Setting: Sutter Health May Prefer Candidates Who Have Previous Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Such As A Hospital, Mental Health Clinic, Or Private Practice. This Experience Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Provide Direct Patient Care And Work Effectively With A Diverse Population.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Per Diem Position, The Lcsw Will Work With A Variety Of Patients And Healthcare Professionals On A Temporary Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Trust With Clients, Collaborating With Colleagues, And Providing Quality Care.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices: Sutter Health May Require Candidates To Have Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices In The Field Of Social Work. This Includes Understanding Different Treatment Modalities, Such As Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Or Solution-Focused Therapy, And Being Able To Implement Them Effectively With Clients.
