  1. Provide exceptional audiological services to patients of all ages.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of audiologists to ensure high-quality care and professional growth.
  3. Develop and implement audiology protocols and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care to patients.
  5. Stay updated on current audiology research, technology, and best practices to continuously improve patient care.
  6. Conduct audiological evaluations and assessments, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and other diagnostic tests.
  7. Educate patients and their families on hearing loss, treatment options, and assistive listening devices.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of audiology programs and initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  11. Conduct audits and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  12. Train and supervise audiology students and other staff members.
  13. Provide support and guidance to team members to enhance their professional growth and development.
  14. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the audiology department.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Sutter Health and upholding its values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Doctoral Degree In Audiology (Au.d.) From An Accredited University.

  • Current And Valid State License For Audiology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Audiology, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Diagnostic Audiology Procedures.
