1. Oversee and lead the team of IR technologists to ensure efficient and effective operations.
2. Mentor and train new IR technologists to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of interventional radiology and implement them in daily practices.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and coordinated patient care throughout the entire healthcare system.
5. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
6. Perform interventional radiology procedures, including but not limited to, angiograms, biopsies, and catheter placements.

10. Work closely with the Radiologist and other physicians to evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients.
11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide education and support.
12. Assist in the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies necessary for IR procedures.
13. Handle and resolve any patient or equipment-related issues promptly and professionally.
