Master's Degree In A Mental Health Field (E.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Providing Direct Mental Health Services To Individuals With Severe And Persistent Mental Illness
Licensure As A Mental Health Professional In The State Of California (E.g. Lmft, Lcsw, Lpcc, Psychologist)
Extensive Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Mental Health Disorders, Including Experience With Severe And Persistent Mental Illness And Trauma-Informed Care
Experience In Providing Clinical Supervision And Leading Interdisciplinary Treatment Teams In A Mental Health Setting.
