- Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure to support critical systems and applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute server upgrades, migrations, and other projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary updates and patches to ensure server security.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to server-related incidents in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements to enhance server performance and reliability.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support for server infrastructure.
- Train and mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including change management and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with application development teams to ensure compatibility and optimal performance of server infrastructure.
- Continuously evaluate and improve server infrastructure processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on server infrastructure performance and projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Server Administration And Infrastructure Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Server Operating Systems, Virtualization Technologies, And Cloud Computing Platforms.
Experience With Configuration Management Tools Such As Puppet, Chef, Or Ansible.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
