- Troubleshoot technical issues with information systems and provide timely resolution to minimize any disruptions to client services.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of information services.
- Proactively monitor and maintain the performance of information systems to ensure reliable and accurate data for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in information systems to continuously improve client services.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery of information services to clients.
- Train and educate clients on the use of information systems, promoting self-service options to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new information systems or upgrades, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to client services.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and system updates to provide a comprehensive overview of information services for reporting and analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Client Services Or Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Information Systems And Applications, Including Electronic Health Records (Ehr) And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Technical Teams.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner, While Prioritizing And Managing Multiple Tasks.
