High School Diploma Or Equivalent: This Is The Minimum Educational Requirement For An Imaging Technician Assistant Position At Sutter Health. A Ged May Also Be Accepted.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Candidates With Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Particularly In Radiology Or Imaging Departments, Will Be Preferred. This Experience Will Give Them A Better Understanding Of The Role And Its Responsibilities.
Knowledge Of Imaging Technology And Procedures: Candidates Should Have Knowledge Of Different Imaging Techniques, Such As X-Rays, Ultrasounds, And Mris, As Well As An Understanding Of Radiation Safety Protocols. They Should Also Be Familiar With Medical Terminology.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Imaging Technician Assistant, You Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Radiologists, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For This Role.
