- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff to Sutter Health with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional food service to patients, staff, and visitors in accordance with Sutter Health's standards and regulations.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to patients and staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food service areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and food storage areas.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary restrictions, and accommodate special requests and needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and visitors to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with other food service team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and equipment.
- Attend trainings and workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge in food service.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Food Service Worker At Sutter Health Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates Basic Literacy And Numeracy Skills Necessary For The Job.
Prior Experience In Food Service Industry: Candidates With Prior Experience In A Food Service Role, Such As A Server Or Line Cook, Will Be Preferred For The Position. This Shows An Understanding Of Food Safety, Kitchen Procedures, And Customer Service.
