  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities programs across the healthcare system.
  2. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that facilities programs meet the needs of the organization and its patients.
  3. Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new facilities and the renovation of existing facilities.
  4. Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and in line with organizational goals.
  5. Lead and supervise a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective facilities services.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facilities management, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the organization.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for any facilities-related issues or concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure that facilities programs align with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of facilities programs and projects.
  12. Uphold and enforce all relevant policies, regulations, and safety standards related to facilities management.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of facilities programs, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the facilities team and across the organization.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions and communications related to the facilities department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Experience In A Facilities Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
