We are currently seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst II - ClinDoc to join our team and help us optimize our ClinDoc application for improved patient care. As an Epic Application Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our ClinDoc system, utilizing your technical expertise and troubleshooting skills. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Epic ClinDoc, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize the ClinDoc application in accordance with industry best practices and organizational needs.
  2. Serve as the primary technical resource for the ClinDoc application, providing support and troubleshooting for any system issues or errors.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and validation of system updates and upgrades to ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.
  4. Utilize your strong understanding of Epic ClinDoc functionality to identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance patient care.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clinicians, IT staff, and management, to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  7. Collaborate with other Epic analysts to ensure overall system stability and identify potential areas for integration with other applications.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in Epic ClinDoc to continuously improve system performance and functionality.
  9. Assist in training end-users and providing ongoing support and education to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the ClinDoc application.
  10. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA regulations, to maintain data security and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As An Epic Application Analyst, Preferably In The Clindoc Module.

  • Epic Certification In Clindoc Or Relevant Module.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Workflows And Documentation Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team And Communicate Effectively With Clinical Staff.
