- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks in assigned areas, including patient rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of any shortages.
- Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisor immediately.
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the facility.
- Adhere to infection control and prevention protocols to minimize the spread of germs and infections.
- Participate in trainings and education sessions to stay updated on best practices and new equipment.
- Foster a positive and professional working environment by communicating effectively with coworkers and other staff members.
- Uphold the organization's values and mission by providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
