- Safely and efficiently transport patients to and from medical appointments and other designated locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is always in proper working condition.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and empathetic demeanor towards patients.
- Assist patients with getting in and out of the vehicle and with any special needs they may have.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare staff to ensure a smooth and timely transportation experience.
- Report any issues or concerns with patients or the vehicle to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all trips, mileage, and expenses.
