- Develop and implement strategic plans for rehabilitation programs to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of services.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of rehabilitation services, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in rehabilitation services, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to rehabilitation services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance companies and community organizations, to enhance program visibility and partnerships.
- Analyze data and metrics to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any concerns and providing education on treatment plans.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, adhering to the values and mission of Sutter Health.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Rehabilitation Setting.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Rehabilitation Services, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Rehabilitation Practices, Regulations, And Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams.
Demonstrated Experience In Budget Management, Strategic Planning, And Program Development Within A Healthcare Organization.
