  1. Oversee all financial operations to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization’s mission and goals.
  3. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the finance team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors.
  6. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and financial institutions.
  8. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process and provide recommendations for resource allocation.
  9. Assess and mitigate financial risks and make informed decisions to minimize potential losses.
  10. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to inform financial strategies and decision-making.
  12. Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational initiatives and drive financial success.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  15. Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Financial Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Finance, Including Reimbursement Methodologies, Budgeting, And Financial Analysis.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Various Stakeholders.
