As the Director, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the physical infrastructure of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.   • Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and improvement of all facilities within the organization
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for all facilities
  • Manage budget and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective facility operations
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for facility staff, promoting teamwork and professional development
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet the needs of patients, staff, and visitors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and projects
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in facility management to continuously improve operations
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on facility operations and plans
  • Lead and participate in emergency preparedness and response efforts for all facilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience Managing A Team Of Facilities Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Protocols Related To Healthcare Facilities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Executives And External Vendors.
