  1. Develop and implement data and AI governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, security, and ethical use of data and artificial intelligence across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data and AI governance standards and best practices.
  3. Lead efforts to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with data and AI usage, including privacy and security concerns.
  4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of data and AI governance processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on data governance and AI ethics, providing guidance and training to employees at all levels.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to data and AI governance, and proactively recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance with data and AI governance standards.
  8. Participate in audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to data and AI governance policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure data and AI practices align with regulatory requirements.
  10. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote understanding and adoption of data and AI governance initiatives.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing data and AI governance team.
  12. Continuously assess and improve data and AI governance processes to support the organization's strategic goals.

  • Proven Expertise In Implementing And Maintaining Data Governance Frameworks And Policies. This Includes Experience In Developing Data Governance Strategies, Conducting Data Audits, And Establishing Data Quality Standards.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team. This Includes Experience In Developing And Mentoring Data Governance Professionals, Promoting A Culture Of Data Governance, And Resolving Conflicts Within The Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments And Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies And Their Applications In Healthcare. This Includes Experience In Leveraging Ai And Data Analytics To Drive Strategic Decision-Making And Improve Patient Outcomes.
