  1. Provide technical support to healthcare providers in the use and maintenance of medical devices and equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to medical devices in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest medical technology and equipment to provide the best support and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new medical devices and equipment into existing systems.
  5. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of medical devices to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical support processes and procedures.
  7. Train healthcare providers on the proper use and maintenance of medical devices and equipment.
  8. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate repairs and replacement of medical devices when necessary.
  9. Monitor inventory levels of medical devices and equipment and assist with procurement processes as needed.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and their patients, ensuring a positive experience with our technology and support services.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to medical devices and equipment.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in device support services.
  13. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of medical devices with existing technology systems.
