- Serve as a liaison between the community and healthcare providers to facilitate access to healthcare services and resources.

Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Community Health, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Community Health Worker Or In A Similar Role.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Community Health Issues And Resources.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Engage With Diverse Populations.
Experience With Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation In A Healthcare Setting.
