
Clinical Research Nurse, Oncology

- Conduct and coordinate clinical research studies within the oncology department.
- Screen and recruit eligible participants for clinical trials.
- Obtain informed consent from participants and ensure compliance with ethical principles.
- Monitor and track study progress, including participant enrollment, data collection, and adverse events.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulations, and guidelines.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret study data.
- Communicate study updates and results to the research team and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of clinical trials.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of study activities and participant information.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of study-related documents to regulatory bodies.
- Participate in the development and review of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
- Attend and actively contribute to study team meetings.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and developments in oncology research.
- Adhere to all safety and privacy regulations.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Current Rn Licensure In The State Of California
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Oncology Nursing
Certification In Clinical Research Through An Accredited Organization (E.g. Acrp Or Socra)
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines
