  1. Oversee and perform complex laboratory tests for cellular therapy patients, ensuring accuracy and timely results.
  2. Utilize expertise and knowledge of cellular therapy to provide the highest quality of care for patients.
  3. Serve as a technical specialist in cellular therapy, staying up-to-date on advancements and best practices in the field.
  4. Act as a leader within the laboratory, providing guidance and support to other laboratory scientists.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the laboratory.
  6. Train and mentor new laboratory staff on cellular therapy procedures and protocols.
  7. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret test results and make informed treatment decisions.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory tests and results.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or equipment issues that may arise in the laboratory.
  10. Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of laboratory performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cellular Therapy Laboratory Testing.

  • Certification As A Clinical Laboratory Scientist (Cls) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp).

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Cellular Therapy Laboratory Procedures, Including Aseptic Processing, Cell Isolation, And Cryopreservation Techniques.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Cellular Therapy, Such As Those Set By The Food And Drug Administration (Fda) And Foundation For The Accreditation Of Cellular Therapy (Fact).

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, And The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Implement Quality Control Measures In A Fast-Paced And High-Volume Laboratory Setting.
