  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical effectiveness and quality of care across the Sutter Health network.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
  3. Analyze data and metrics to identify patterns and trends in clinical outcomes and develop action plans to address any areas of concern.
  4. Provide guidance and support to healthcare providers and staff on best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  6. Develop and deliver training and education programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clinical effectiveness and quality improvement, and make recommendations for implementation within the organization.
  9. Act as a liaison between the Quality team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  10. Participate in quality improvement committees and meetings to provide expertise and guidance on clinical effectiveness.
  11. Mentor and train junior consultants and staff on clinical effectiveness methodologies and best practices.
  12. Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of quality improvement initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports on quality improvement activities.
  14. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulations related to quality and compliance.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Healthcare Management, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Quality Improvement, Process Improvement, And/Or Clinical Effectiveness.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques, Such As Lean Six Sigma, Pdsa Cycles, And Root Cause Analysis.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Quality Improvement Initiatives And Driving Tangible Results.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Evidence-Based Recommendations For Improvement.
