- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical effectiveness and quality of care across the Sutter Health network.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify patterns and trends in clinical outcomes and develop action plans to address any areas of concern.
- Provide guidance and support to healthcare providers and staff on best practices and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training and education programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clinical effectiveness and quality improvement, and make recommendations for implementation within the organization.
- Act as a liaison between the Quality team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in quality improvement committees and meetings to provide expertise and guidance on clinical effectiveness.
- Mentor and train junior consultants and staff on clinical effectiveness methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of quality improvement initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports on quality improvement activities.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulations related to quality and compliance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
Advanced Degree In Healthcare Management, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Quality Improvement, Process Improvement, And/Or Clinical Effectiveness.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques, Such As Lean Six Sigma, Pdsa Cycles, And Root Cause Analysis.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Quality Improvement Initiatives And Driving Tangible Results.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Evidence-Based Recommendations For Improvement.
