  1. Develop and implement clinical effectiveness initiatives to improve patient outcomes and overall quality of care within the organization.
  2. Utilize data analysis and process improvement methodologies to identify areas for improvement and drive change.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical effectiveness and healthcare operations.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving clinical processes and workflows.
  6. Create and present reports and presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and clinical staff.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for clinical effectiveness initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technology solutions to support clinical effectiveness initiatives.
  9. Train and educate staff on new processes and initiatives to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation.
  10. Monitor and track progress of clinical effectiveness initiatives, and make adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met.
  11. Participate in organizational committees and work groups related to clinical effectiveness and process improvement.
  12. Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards to ensure all initiatives are in line with industry requirements.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical effectiveness and process improvement, providing guidance and support to colleagues and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Epidemiology, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Quality Improvement, Clinical Effectiveness, Or Healthcare Consulting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms And Joint Commission.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Budgets.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making And Identify Areas For Improvement.
