Master's Degree In Divinity, Theology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Chaplain In A Healthcare Setting.
Ordination Or Endorsement By A Recognized Religious Organization.
Knowledge Of And Sensitivity To Diverse Religious And Spiritual Beliefs.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Emotional And Spiritual Support To Patients And Their Families.
