  1. Provide compassionate and quality care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  2. Assist nurses and other medical staff in providing essential care and support to patients.
  3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, their families, and colleagues.
  4. Follow safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  5. Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
  6. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  7. Monitor and report any changes in patient's physical, emotional, and mental status to the nurse.
  8. Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  9. Help patients with mobility and transfers, and use proper body mechanics to prevent injuries.
  10. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and comfort of patients.
  13. Attend training and educational programs to maintain and improve knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  15. Work collaboratively with other CNAs and healthcare staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  16. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  17. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by the nurse or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Certified Nurse Assistant (Cna) Program.

  • Active Cna Certification In The State Of California.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience As A Cna In A Healthcare Setting.
