1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with Sutter Health's standards and policies.
2. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
3. Monitor and record patient's vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
4. Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
5. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, following infection control and safety protocols.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
7. Remain knowledgeable about patients' medical conditions and alert nursing staff of any changes.
8. Document and report any observed changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional condition.
9. Participate in educational and training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry standards.
10. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
11. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
