Audiologist II - Head and Neck / ENT

1. Conduct audiological evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and immittance testing, to assess patients' hearing and balance abilities.
2. Interpret test results and collaborate with physicians to develop individualized treatment plans for patients with head and neck disorders.
3. Administer and interpret diagnostic tests, such as otoacoustic emissions and auditory brainstem response, to assess the function of the auditory system.
4. Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care for patients with hearing loss.
5. Educate patients and their families on hearing loss, tinnitus, and other head and neck disorders, as well as the options available for management and treatment.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, speech-language pathologists, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
8. Stay current with advancements in audiology, including new technology, treatment methods, and research.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
