- Oversee all financial operations of Sutter Health, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on financial decisions and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular updates on financial performance to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to drive overall organizational success and growth.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare finance and apply them to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the long-term financial sustainability of Sutter Health.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Communicate financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Represent Sutter Health in financial meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With And Influence Cross-Functional Teams
Experience With Strategic Planning And Implementing Financial Strategies To Support Organizational Goals And Objectives
