
Assistant Administrator, Ancillary & Support Services

- Provide administrative support to the ancillary and support services departments, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for departmental activities, including budgets, expenses, and inventory.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth and efficient operations, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within allocated limits.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members within the ancillary and support services departments.
- Act as a liaison between department heads and other departments within the organization, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies within the ancillary and support services departments.
- Support the delivery of exceptional patient care by maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, providing recommendations for improvement and growth within the department.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Ancillary And Support Services, Including But Not Limited To Environmental Services, Food Services, And Patient Transportation.
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Budgets And Driving Cost-Savings Initiatives.
