- Manage the implementation and optimization of Epic ClinDoc within our healthcare organization.
- Work closely with clinical staff to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve workflow efficiency and patient care.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clinical processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and functionality of Epic ClinDoc with other systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to end users on the use of Epic ClinDoc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to the Epic ClinDoc system.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Epic ClinDoc to continuously improve and optimize our system.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Epic ClinDoc.
- Collaborate with vendor and IT teams to test and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for system enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality.
- Participate in project planning and provide input on system design and configuration.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to end users, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure smooth implementation and optimization of Epic ClinDoc.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience With Epic Clindoc Application Implementation And Support.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Workflows And Processes, Specifically Related To Documentation And Patient Care.
Proficiency In System Analysis And Troubleshooting, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Effectively Train End-Users On The Application.
