Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution
Board Certification In A Specialized Area Of Pharmacy Practice (E.g. Ambulatory Care, Critical Care, Oncology)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacist In A Clinical Setting
Current State Pharmacy License And Eligibility For Advanced Practice Pharmacist (App) Certification
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Medicine, Drug Therapy Guidelines, And Patient Care Protocols.
