  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the perioperative services department, including staffing, budget, and operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the department's success and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with other department leaders to promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to perioperative services.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Perioperative Services, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Related To Perioperative Services, Including Joint Commission Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving Perioperative Services Operations, Including Budgeting, Staffing, And Quality Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Build Relationships With Physicians, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
