This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the world's largest restaurant chain and help shape and optimize our digital customer experience.In this role, you will be responsible for developing user experience optimization initiatives that enhance the customer journey. You will work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to develop and implement strategies to improve the user experience across our digital channels.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical background and be comfortable working with data-driven approaches. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically.
