Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and motivated Manager- Operations Projects to join the Subway team and help us take our operations to the next level! As a Manager- Operations Projects you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of operational projects that are aligned with our overall business objectives. You will be an integral part of the organization, working collaboratively to identify and implement process improvements, deliver strategic initiatives, and develop best practices. To be successful, you will need to have solid project management and organizational skills and a passion for operations excellence.Qualifications:• Minimum of 5 years' operations project management experience• Experience working with cross-functional teams• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
