We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager – Franchise Performance to join our Subway team. This highly visible role requires a strategic and analytical leader to drive performance and ensure the success of our Subway franchises.This position requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with Franchise Owners and Operators. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the restaurant or food service industry.
