Learning Experience Facilitator

We are looking for an experienced Learning Experience Facilitator to join the Subway team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about learning, have excellent facilitation and communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality customer service. The Learning Experience Facilitator will be responsible for helping to develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning experiences for Subway’s employees.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, experience in instructional design and facilitation, and a strong knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques. You should also be an effective communicator, organized, and capable of working independently.
