Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Loyalty EMEA to join our Subway family and help develop our loyal customer base. In this role, you will create, implement, and manage a loyalty strategy for the European, Middle East, and African markets.To achieve success in this role, you must have a deep understanding of customer loyalty programs, a creative approach to promotion, and a knack for data-driven decision making. You must also be a strong communicator and problem solver who is comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels.Your job will be to design, manage, and deliver a comprehensive loyalty program that drives customer engagement and builds a strong connection with our customers. You will be responsible for creating campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing the loyalty program to ensure maximum engagement from our customers. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, developing strategies to increase customer base, and working with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a successful launch of the program.If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for customer loyalty, we would love to hear from you!
