- Act as a representative of Stryker and the Upper Extremities division, embodying our mission and values.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals in Central Connecticut, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market and competition to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell Stryker's upper extremities products, highlighting their innovative features and benefits.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and showcase Stryker's products.
- Provide product training and support to medical professionals to ensure their understanding and proper usage of Stryker's products.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Sales, Or Healthcare.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Upper Extremities Market.
Strong Understanding Of Anatomy And Biomechanics Of The Upper Extremities, As Well As Common Clinical Procedures And Treatments.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Customers.
