  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Stryker's trauma products and their benefits to effectively promote and sell to potential customers.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends, and use this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the medical field, including surgeons, healthcare providers, and hospital administrators.
  6. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings to educate customers on the benefits and features of Stryker's trauma products.
  7. Keep track of sales data and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to management on a regular basis.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitors' products, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Represent Stryker at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote the company's products and services.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws, in all sales activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Specifically In The Trauma Market.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Trenton, Nj And Philadelphia Market, Including Key Hospitals And Surgeons.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Quotas.
