- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Stryker's trauma products and their benefits to effectively promote and sell to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends, and use this information to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the medical field, including surgeons, healthcare providers, and hospital administrators.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings to educate customers on the benefits and features of Stryker's trauma products.
- Keep track of sales data and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to management on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitors' products, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent Stryker at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote the company's products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws, in all sales activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Specifically In The Trauma Market.
Strong Knowledge Of The Trenton, Nj And Philadelphia Market, Including Key Hospitals And Surgeons.
