  1. Promote and sell Stryker's trauma products to healthcare professionals in the Southern Illinois region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, including surgeons, hospital staff, and purchasing managers.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of Stryker's trauma products.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products.
  6. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Stryker's products.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and success in the market.
  8. Track and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to increase sales.
  9. Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and expenses.
  10. Continuously educate yourself on Stryker's trauma products and their applications to effectively communicate and address customer inquiries.
  11. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  12. Represent Stryker as a brand ambassador by maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
  13. Travel within the Southern Illinois region, as well as occasional national travel, to attend meetings and events.
  14. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the healthcare industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Trauma Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business, Science, Or Healthcare.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Anatomy And Surgical Techniques Used In Trauma Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Train Surgeons And Or Staff On Stryker Products.
