As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling Stryker's innovative trauma products, helping to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.   1. Promote and sell Stryker's innovative trauma products to healthcare professionals and facilities within the designated territory.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including surgeons, nurses, and other key decision makers.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate and inform healthcare professionals about the features and benefits of Stryker's trauma products.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including targeting and converting competitor accounts.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and clinical specialists, to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales and market share growth.
  7. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and promote Stryker's trauma products.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing and resolving any product or service issues or concerns.
  10. Stay current on industry and product knowledge, attending trainings and workshops as required.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize sales processes and strategies.
  13. Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Travel within the assigned territory as required to meet with customers and attend events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Trauma Product Line

  • Strong Understanding Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology Related To Trauma Surgery

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Surgeons, Hospital Staff, And Key Decision Makers

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Close Deals.
