  1. Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals and hospital staff to promote and sell Stryker's trauma products.

  4. Participate in product demonstrations and trainings to educate medical professionals on the benefits and features of Stryker's trauma products.

  6. Utilize strong communication skills and product knowledge to effectively present and sell Stryker's products to potential customers.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information using CRM software.
  8. Attend conferences, workshops, and other industry events to network and promote Stryker's products.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  11. Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  12. Continuously strive to increase product knowledge and develop expertise in trauma products.
  13. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

Job Qualifications
