  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stryker's trauma products and their benefits to effectively promote and sell to potential customers.
  2. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and demonstrating the value of Stryker's products to potential customers.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the company's CRM system.
  7. Continuously educate oneself on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments to effectively position Stryker's products in the market.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  9. Actively participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  10. Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth In A Competitive Market.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Health Sciences

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Sales, Preferably In The Trauma Or Orthopedic Field

  • Knowledge Of Anatomy And Medical Terminology Related To Trauma Procedures
