- Promote and sell Stryker's trauma orthopedic products to customers in the assigned territory.
- Utilize strong sales skills and knowledge of the orthopedic industry to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the orthopedic field, including surgeons, hospitals, and medical staff.
- Understand and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the orthopedic market to effectively position and promote Stryker's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a comprehensive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Continuously assess market needs and competition to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated on products, procedures, and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, and comply with all regulations and laws related to sales activities.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of orthopedic surgical procedures and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of Stryker's products to potential customers.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biology, Kinesiology, Or Business.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Orthopedic Trauma Products.
Strong Understanding Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology Related To Orthopedic Trauma.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Convey Product Information To Healthcare Professionals.
