- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Neuro, Spine, and ENT products.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and establish relationships with key decision makers in hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare facilities.
- Actively promote and sell Stryker's products and services to healthcare professionals, demonstrating their benefits and value in improving patient outcomes.
- Plan and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and educational programs for healthcare professionals to increase awareness and understanding of Stryker's products.
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the territory.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of competitors' products, services, and market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective communication and coordination in meeting customer needs.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer contacts, and market trends in the territory using CRM tools.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Continuously strive to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of the healthcare industry to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Neuroscience, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Medical Sales, Preferably In Neuro, Spine, Or Ent Products.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Anatomy And Physiology Of The Central Nervous System, Spine, And Ear, Nose, And Throat.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With Strong Negotiation And Closing Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Including Surgeons, Hospital Staff, And Distributors.
